ooops!! oh my biscotti photo didnt load! but here it is! how yummy!
Just a few of the fantastic things that we have planned for easter! The chocolate peanut butter cake was a team effort between my moms basket piping skills and my crazy grass piping skills. I’m probably going to eat the whole thing!
I’ve been on a biscotti kick lately and this was the first batch I made up, Cupcake! I’m hoping to score a baking gig at a local cafe’. Cross your fingers!
The noodles are an recipe from my grandma. Since she’s been gone, I carry on the tradition but i have a little help from my kitchen aid mixer noodle cutter attachment! They look so FANCY!
YAY winter! Living in Niagara Falls I have learned that nothing keeps you warmer when your under 3 feet of snow like hot cocoa and nothing makes cocoa better than HOMEMADE MARSHMALLOWS! Ive been making regular vanilla ones for a few years now but the hubby suggested i add coffee flavoring to a batch (and that is why i married him!). We also fancied up my vanilla ones with a heart shaped cookie cutter! pair them with a heart shaped graham cracker and you’ve gotta the cutest s’more EVER!
My cats tried to ruin my halloween fun this year by peeing on all of the decor
i had been collecting over the years, but after a good two hour ugly cry i decided i would start over from scratch! So i did….and it was awesome. Never thought i would say this but Thank you cats for ruining my stuff with your smelly, smelly pee!

I don’t spell well, I’m never very serious about anything and I’m not that organized but i can fold a paper crane like nobodies business! just wait!
